I've always had great admiration for portraits such as these. One of the key points I always try to focus on is the eyes. If you do not have eyes done correctly, or shown that some time has been put into working them in a painting/drawing, the portrait really dies. You've done a beautiful job of preventing this, and for that you have my top marks. Well done.
