The guy's body isn't the best I've seen, although it's not bad at all. It just doesn't match the quality of the rest in the picture. I think the outlines are a bit too dominant, so there's a blend of drawing and painting here that I don't quite like. Everything has outlines, but not the hair. A bit odd. Also, to fresh up the character I'd like to see some more red tones in the skin. The green cloth under the character looks a little rough, and the transparent look I think you wanted over the leg, doesn't work too well with the outlines (again). I think here you should have left it opaque without the transparent look.
With that said, the atmosphere is very nice, and the hair is simply wonderfully painted. I can really feel the breeze blowing through the hairstrains, and the flying leaves strengthen this feeling. The treebranches in the top left are very well drawn and coloured, and I like the gray colour tones. The shading of the body is good, although I still think more red would be nice. The feathers are nice too, and make a fine contrast to the red hair. Personally, I think the dark strains of the feathers make them look too sharp and harsh, but that's just my personal opinion. You also made a good effect with the light coming from the sky, bringing the thoughts of life and hope.

Some things can be improved, but many things here are very good! I also want to thank you for what you said about how to get the right atmosphere in a picture; it can be really helpful to know.

Really love the way you combine his red hair to the greenish feathers. Red and green make strong contrast but since you've adjusted them to be both neutral, everything is in harmony. Just expect more inside details of the leaves, the trees and the clouds as faraway objects.
